As a seasoned Senior Executive with over 30 years of experience and a passion for mental health, Bill has achieved significant success in building leadership teams. He has a proven track record of creating a vision, mobilizing staff, and driving that vision forward while keeping while preserving the organization’s culture. With extensive experience in recruiting and retaining key leadership members whose missions align with the organization’s values, Bill has created dynamic leadership teams in both large and small organizations, consistently achieving strong results in revenue growth and expense reduction. His teams have consistently increased clinical care, client engagement, client safety, and operational excellence.
Bill holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, maintaining his active license in Georgia. He has served as CEO of six different mental health facilities, as well as holding roles as Director of Business Development and a Chief Strategy Officer.
Bill specializes in problem-solving and leadership building that delivers results. His ability to foster a positive organization culture has been key to his success.
