Tatiana is the face and voice of Assured Strategy and brings her infectious positive attitude and smile to her role. She helps cultivate a culture where team members feel comfortable voicing questions and concerns and contributes new ideas that drive company growth.
She performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the company’s daily operations and activities including answering phones, greeting visitors, preparing reports, travel arrangements and itineraries, managing calendars, invoicing and assisting clients, coaches and staff in any way needed. She is also engaged in the planning and implementation for leadership training workshops.
Currently working towards a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration, she is also a Military Veteran proudly serving for over 8 years in the United States Army.
